SKILLED FACILITATION THROUGH DESIGN STRATEGY
As a senior creative strategist adviser with Indigo Slate’s Human experience Innovation Studio, I lead design thinking workshops for their diverse industry partners ranging from Healthcare, Commercial Banking, Financial Services, Education and Non Profit organizations. I design and facilitate envisioning workshops for Microsoft Catalyst team, a customer engagement journey that Microsoft and their partners use to help businesses conceive and realize business transformation.
CHALLENGE:
How to build, plan, and execute digital transformation strategies for organizations with a proven, innovative approach?
SOLUTION:
I advise on the overall strategy and design of the envisioning workshops for Microsoft and their clients through a co- creation process to support their clients digital transformation journey.
