I find joy in co-designing with my clients building new solutions for good in a world of accelerating change.

For over 20 years, I have been empowering communities, organizations, business leaders and learners through co-design mentorship & facilitation guiding their exploratory journeys to discover new and connected solutions that are sustainable with positive social impact on humanity.

I believe that our collective success depends on our ability to cooperate, collaborate and find common ground where ideas can be shared, communicated through a common language for a better future. This “sum of us” philosophy is deeply woven into my design leadership and mentorship engagements.

Recognized and highlighted by Industrial Designers Society of America 20/21 as one of 20 members internationally who have offered their services towards betterment of others within the society and their communities in advancing the profession of industrial design through information, community, education and advocacy in 2021.
Hosted and Curated the Design Voices Programs for IDSA in 2021.
Founded a non profit 501 (c) (3) & public charity in Berkeley, California in 2015.
Awarded the prestigious Young Society Leader Award in 2018 by ATS for leadership in designing innovative community programming.
Launched the product design department of design agency American Pacific in 2006.
Executed, curated & hosted content for IDSA’s San Francisco Chapter ‘s Events for the Bay Area Professional Design Community 2018-2020 collaborating with innovation partners like Google, Square, IDEO, Fitbit, Whipsaw, Level. The SF Chapter was recognized as one of the top chapters delivering high quality content.
Led & Instructed Ford Innovation Studio’s Education Partnership Program “Reimagining Mobility Design Studio” in collaboration with CCA & UC Berkeley 2018
Designed over100 product collections co for the online startup retailers and Fortune 500 Companies generating record breaking revenue in the categories
Presented The Organic Design Education for Circular Economy at the Education Symposium Conference for IDSA in 2020
Ran The Eco House Project’s Programs on Sustainable Living, Circular Design & Permaculture Education 2002
Founded, organized an International Community Design Workshop on Permaculture Design. Co-Designed and built the first organic community garden in Turkey with collaborators from SEED International, Australia, Izmir Municipality, Turkey & Local Garden Volunteers in 2004
Launched the First Green Resource Center in City of Oakland, under Mayor Jerry Brown’s Initiatives in 2000
